We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to recruit, train, and inspire a team of advisors to boost product sales in the market. The role involves managing and leading the team effectively to achieve sales targets for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Hire a capable team of sales advisors.
- Conduct training sessions and motivate team members continuously.
- Provide guidance and direction to the team for promoting products to potential clients.
- Drive sales objectives by working closely with the advisors.
- Manage and oversee the daily activities of the sales team.
Candidate Requirements
- Must have completed any undergraduate degree.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years experience in sales, banking, finance, or insurance sectors.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
- Age should be between 22 to 34 years.
- Fresh graduates are not eligible to apply.
