Field Sales Executive

About the Role

As a Business Development Executive (BDE) or Certified Internet Consultant (CIC) within the Field Sales department, your primary responsibility is to foster enduring customer success and boost organizational profitability. You will utilize Justdial's platform to craft client campaigns that maximize benefits through cost-effective investments, driving sales and expanding the client base to generate revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit commercial entities in your designated area and effectively communicate the brand's offerings and benefits.
• Conduct demonstrations to highlight the features and advantages of the services provided.
• Gather detailed business information from visited enterprises to showcase to Justdial users.
• Clarify contract details including features, duration, and all terms to prospective customers.
• Respond thoughtfully to client inquiries.
• Convince business owners or managers to enlist as paid customers enhancing their business success.
• Upload geo-tagged photographs to update profiles within the Justdial database.
• Regularly provide daily Key Parameter Monitor (KPM) reports to supervisors.
• Submit signed contracts with complete documentation to the office.
• Verify that payment cheques clear and client accounts are activated on Justdial.
• Comply with departmental policies and guidelines strictly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient in English, Hindi, or regional languages.
• Strong communication skills for effectively presenting service offerings and addressing client queries.
• Capacity to manage work-related pressure efficiently.
• Aptitude to understand and follow instructions carefully.
