Key Responsibilities

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be directly involved in speaking to members of the public to sign them up for consistent charitable contributions. The role requires confidence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain resilient in a dynamic, face-to-face sales environment.

Successful candidates should be confident, optimistic, resilient, and enjoy interacting with a diverse range of people. Experience in face-to-face sales or fundraising is desirable, but commitment and a passion for making a difference are equally important.

Compensation and Benefits

• Guaranteed basic salary of a326,400 per annum
• Regular bonuses and incentives leading to a realistic on-target earnings (OTE) of a345,000 to a355,000 annually
