Field Sales Executive

About the Role

Airtel is recruiting Field Sales Executives for its Xstream Fiber services across Karnataka. This position involves both following up on company-provided leads and independently generating new sales opportunities. Candidates will engage directly with customers through field visits and interactions to promote Airtel's fiber internet and postpaid service packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on leads provided by the company.
• Proactively generate and nurture your own sales prospects.
• Market and sell Airtel's Xstream Fiber and postpaid offerings.
• Conduct in-person visits and maintain customer interactions to drive sales.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales objectives.

Requirements and Eligibility

• Minimum education level: SSLC (Secondary School Leaving Certificate) or higher.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in Kannada and possess basic English language skills.
• Possess a bike along with a valid driving license or learner's license.
• Age should not exceed 35 years.
• Open to fresh graduates and individuals willing to work predominantly in the field.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting monthly salary of ₹25,000 (Not To Hand).
• Additional benefits include ₹4,000 towards PF and insurance plus performance-based incentives.
• Another salary component labeled as ROK: ₹20,000 net take-home plus benefits.
• Working hours from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM with some flexibility.
