Field Sales Executive

Job Overview

IndusInd Bank is seeking motivated Field Sales Executives who are energetic and target-driven to promote various banking services and products. This role focuses on acquiring new customers and meeting monthly sales goals through proactive field engagements and effective customer interaction.

Primary Duties

• Promote and sell bank products and services to potential clients.
• Identify sales leads via field outreach, references, and marketing activities.
• Onboard new customers and establish durable client relationships.
• Clearly convey product details, eligibility requirements, and application steps to customers.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets to qualify for performance incentives.
• Perform timely follow-ups with prospective clients to convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
• Maintain accurate daily records of sales activity and customer information.
• Collaborate with internal banking teams to facilitate application processing and customer support.

Candidate Requirements

• Educational qualification of at least 12th standard pass or graduation.
• Open to both freshers and those with prior experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle customers effectively.
• Enthusiastic about working in the field to achieve sales objectives.
• Possession of a two-wheeler for field travel is necessary.

Compensation and Incentives

• Fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹16,000 to ₹22,000.
• Performance-based incentives up to ₹10,000 available depending on sales achievements.
