About the Role
GR FORMULATIONS seeks to recruit 18 Trainee Business Promoters to serve as Pharmaceutical Field Executives throughout several regions in Tamil Nadu. This position entails active fieldwork and strong engagement with healthcare professionals to drive product promotion and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with doctors, chemists, and other healthcare clients within the designated territory.
- Promote the company's pharmaceutical products while building and nurturing business relationships.
- Generate potential business leads, maintain consistent follow-ups with customers, and prepare daily reports based on field activities.
- Undertake frequent travel throughout the allocated region to cover all assigned locations effectively.
Candidate Requirements
- Open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with prior experience.
- Possession of any degree; candidates holding qualifications in Life Sciences or Pharmacy are preferable.
- Age range preferred: 25 to 45 years.
- Proficiency in Tamil and basic communication skills in English are necessary.
- Ownership of a two-wheeler vehicle and a valid driving licence is advantageous but not mandatory.
Compensation and Terms
The monthly remuneration for this full-time field position ranges between ₹15,000 and ₹25,000, contingent on candidate suitability and performance appraisal.

Bachelor's Degree
