Job description
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic Field Sales Executives to join the core growth team at Paytm Services Private Limited in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. You will be a direct employee of Paytm, responsible for expanding the company's merchant base by onboarding local shops, retail outlets, and business establishments.
Key Duties
- Conduct visits to local markets and retail stores to recruit new merchants onto the Paytm platform.
- Install Paytm QR codes at merchant locations to enable payments.
- Set up and activate Paytm Soundbox devices for business owners.
- Provide training and support to merchants on the usage of Paytm devices while addressing their queries.
Candidate Requirements
- Must possess an Android smartphone.
- Must have a personal two-wheeler vehicle (bike or scooter) for commuting.
Additional Information
- Compensation includes a monthly salary ranging from 17,000 to 27,000 INR, along with attractive weekly and monthly performance-based bonuses.
- Employment is on the official Paytm payroll, with formal onboarding and issuance of an offer letter directly from Paytm.
