Field Sales Executive

Role Overview

Charity Link seeks motivated Field Sales Executives to represent well-known UK charities in face-to-face fundraising. This role blends outstanding earning potential with the chance to make a meaningful difference by engaging potential supporters to pledge regular donations or sponsorships.

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary of a326,400 per year
• Unlimited bonus opportunities with achievable On-Target Earnings (OTE) between a345,000 and a355,000+

Key Responsibilities

You will interact directly with the public at busy venues such as shopping centers, supermarkets, and events to inspire support for charitable organizations by securing monthly donor commitments or sponsorships. This dynamic role involves building meaningful connections and contributing to impactful charitable projects.

Preferred Experience & Qualities

• Background in field sales, face-to-face or direct sales, charity fundraising, door-to-door sales, venue sales, customer acquisition, brand ambassadorship, telecoms, utilities, retail sales, event sales, lead generation, or customer service combined with sales
• Confidence engaging with new people
• Resilience and goal-oriented mindset
• Positive, energetic, and self-motivated approach
• Excellent communication skills to quickly establish rapport
• Passion for supporting meaningful causes
