Field Sales Executive

About the Role

Bounce is seeking a dynamic, goal-driven Field Sales Executive to support our electric scooter rental and sales operations in Mumbai. This position focuses on actively promoting our EV scooters, engaging with prospective customers, and converting leads into rentals or sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the promotion and rental/sales of electric scooters within the designated area.
• Identify and generate leads through direct customer engagement, field visits, and referrals.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients, explaining various rental and sales plans.
• Successfully convert leads into rentals and sales agreements.
• Explore new business opportunities within the allocated territory.
• Visit local markets, businesses, and customer hotspots to increase awareness.
• Communicate detailed product features, pricing, rental options, and benefits.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups and strong communication channels with prospective customers.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for sales and rentals.
• Keep accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and the status of conversions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer onboarding and vehicle deliveries.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year experience in field sales is mandatory.
• Prior experience in electric vehicles, automobiles, two-wheelers, vehicle rentals, mobility, or related sectors is advantageous.
• Strong communication and persuasive skills are essential.
• Comfortable working in the field, engaging customers directly.
• Self-driven, target-focused, and motivated individual.
• Good understanding of the local market dynamics.
• Proven ability to generate leads and convert them successfully.
• Capable of managing extensive fieldwork demands.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary range from ₹25,000 to ₹35,000.
• Additional performance-based incentives.

Preferred Experience

• Background in EV or electric scooter sales.
• Experience in two-wheeler or automobile sales.
• Vehicle rental and mobility industry knowledge.
• Proven track record in B2C and field sales roles.
• Fleet sales experience is a plus.
