Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and goal-oriented Field Sales Executives to represent Worklytics India Private Limited in promoting Paytm and PhonePe digital payment products. This position involves selling and managing the installation of payment solutions such as QR codes, Sound Boxes, and EDC/Card Swipe Machines to local merchants.
Key Duties
- Meet daily and monthly sales goals related to Paytm and PhonePe payment offerings.
- Recruit merchants, install payment devices, and support customers after sales.
- Market and sell Sound Boxes and Card Swipe Machines.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with customers.
- Monitor sales activities, submit progress reports, and relay market insights.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum education of 10th grade with 0-1 year field sales experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Ability to work independently to achieve targets.
- Must have a valid driving license and own a two-wheeler.
- Good understanding of local area and market dynamics.
- Age between 18 to 35 years.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly pay scale ranges from ₹22,000 to ₹50,000 with incentives based on performance.
