About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team at Paytm Services Private Limited located in Panipat, Haryana. This position focuses on cultivating customer relationships, following up on potential leads, and optimizing sales opportunities to stimulate business growth. The compensation ranges from ₹18,500 to ₹21,500 monthly in-hand with opportunities for advancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute sales closures through techniques such as cold calling, conducting presentations, and door-to-door outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong customer connections while achieving set sales targets.
- Innovate and research sales strategies to enhance overall outcomes.
- Consistently report sales performance metrics and customer feedback to management.
- Efficiently manage and expand the company’s client database.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum education requirement is completion of below 10th standard.
- Possess between zero to two years of prior experience in sales or a related field.
- Must be knowledgeable about various sales techniques.
- Exhibit strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of proficient computer use and adept with modern technology tools.
