Field Sales Executive

Job Overview

This role involves actively visiting shops and merchants to onboard them onto PhonePe's platforms, including promoting PhonePe QR Code, Soundbox, and other merchant services. The goal is to grow business by adding new merchants while maintaining strong relationships and providing continuous support.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with local merchants to acquire new customers and expand the merchant network.
• Promote and sell smart speakers and scanners across the assigned region.
• Clearly articulate the products’ features, advantages, and how they add value to merchants' businesses.
• Meet daily sales targets through consistent field visits.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Foster lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
