Job description
About the Role
We are seeking a Field Sales Executive experienced in Industrial Maintenance products, such as Bearings, Lubricants, Tools, Hardware, and Electrical items, for sales targeting Manufacturing and Process Industries. This role requires owning a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess customer needs to suggest tailored product and engineering solutions.
- Conduct customer meetings and give technical presentations to demonstrate how products and services address their requirements, while generating leads.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline, respond to sales inquiries, and negotiate orders to achieve set sales goals.
- Provide support before and after sales to foster strong customer relationships and promote repeat business.
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical engineering branches with experience in Industrial Maintenance product sales.
- Previous exposure to products like Bearings, Lubricants, Tools, and Electrical components is preferred.
- Must possess own two-wheeler and valid driving license.
- Good command of English communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from ₹18,000 to ₹23,000, subject to skills, experience, and performance.
