Field Sales Executive

About the Company and Role

Contemporary Targett Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Field Sales Executive based in Vadodara, Gujarat. The position requires engaging in B2B sales by generating new business leads, developing client relationships, and consistently achieving sales objectives through fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to create new business prospects and carry out sales activities.
• Identify and qualify potential customers to generate quality leads.
• Present and promote products/services effectively to convert leads into sales.
• Schedule regular client visits, hold meetings, and deliver sales presentations.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and business clients.
• Maintain persistent follow-up with prospects and existing customers to encourage orders and repeat purchases.
• Execute marketing and sales programs within the designated territory.
• Meet or exceed monthly and assigned sales targets.
• Provide market feedback and communicate customer needs to management.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in field sales or B2B sales.
• Completed 12th grade education.
• Basic English communication ability.
• Strong skills in communication, lead generation, lead conversion, and persuasion.
• Experience in client interactions, distributor management, and consistent sales follow-up.
• Target-focused with readiness for frequent travel within the area.
• Must possess a two-wheeler and hold a valid two-wheeler driving license.
• Age between 22 and 50 years.
• Open to all genders.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary between ₹35,000 and ₹40,000, depending on skills and experience.
• Performance-based incentives exceeding ₹40,000.
• Annual bonus, Provident Fund, Petrol allowance, Employee State Insurance, and mobile allowance provided.

Additional Information

This is a full-time day-shift position located at Gandhi Oil Mill, Industrial Estate Road, Near BIDC, Gorwa, Vadodara, Gujarat. The role demands customer-facing fieldwork with ongoing sales follow-ups and marketing efforts.
