About the Role
JSW Paints Pvt Ltd is looking to hire a Field Sales Executive based in Chennai. This position involves meeting clients and potential customers in the field to promote and sell paint products. The role offers a fixed monthly salary along with additional variable incentives based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage in field sales activities representing JSW Paints products.
- Interact with customers to understand their needs and effectively communicate product benefits.
- Travel locally as required to visit prospective clients and retail outlets.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold a degree or diploma qualification.
- Possession of a bike and a valid driving license is essential due to travel requirements.
- Demonstrated good communication abilities.
- Open to freshers as well as individuals with prior sales experience.
- Previous exposure to paints or building materials sales is preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary ranging from ₹18,000 to ₹20,000 per month.
- Additional variable incentives up to ₹10,000 monthly based on sales performance.
