About the Role
We are seeking energetic and driven Field Sales Executives to join our team supporting Paytm and PhonePe digital payment solutions. The role focuses on marketing and selling various digital payment products like QR codes, Sound Boxes, and EDC/Card Swipe Machines to local merchants. Your contributions will be key to expanding our business presence and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet daily and monthly sales goals for Paytm and PhonePe payment products.
- Onboard new merchants, install digital payment devices, and provide ongoing post-sale assistance.
- Market and sell Sound Boxes and Card Swipe Machines effectively.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure engagement.
- Document sales activities rigorously, report progress, and relay on-ground market insights.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification: completion of 10th standard.
- Experience ranging from freshers to one year in field sales roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Must hold a valid driving license and own a two-wheeler (mandatory).
- Good understanding of local geography and market tendencies.

Eligibility Criteria

Working Hours
