About the Role
Delhivery Logistics Pvt. Ltd. seeks an energetic and goal-oriented Field Sales Executive responsible for enrolling bike riders into the company's delivery operations. This role centers around growing and managing the delivery fleet by engaging with prospective riders directly in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit bike riders to participate in Delhivery’s delivery network through direct field engagement.
- Organize and carry out field visits and recruitment campaigns aimed at identifying potential delivery riders.
- Clearly communicate job profiles, payment structures, and incentive programs to prospective riders.
- Perform thorough verification of rider documentation to ensure compliance and smooth onboarding.
- Consistently meet daily and weekly recruitment targets set by the organization.
Compensation and Work Details
The position offers a monthly salary ranging between 20,000 and 25,000 INR.
