Field Sales Executive

About the Role

Try-Fit Fabric is seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Sales Executive to promote and sell sportswear, activewear, and performance fabrics to B2B clients. The role involves actively developing new customer relationships, visiting garment manufacturers and sportswear brands, showcasing fabric samples, and driving consistent business growth.

Responsibilities

• Engage with sportswear manufacturers, garment factories, activewear brands, and wholesalers regularly.
• Identify and acquire new B2B customers.
• Present fabric samples and introduce innovative fabric developments.
• Generate inquiries and effectively convert them into confirmed orders.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
• Follow up diligently on orders and payments.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales performance targets.
• Explore new market opportunities and identify potential customers.
• Submit detailed reports on market visits and sales activities.
• Travel across various cities as required by business demands.

Candidate Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of practical sales experience preferred.
• Prior exposure to the textile, fabric, or garment industries is advantageous.
• Having existing contacts within garment or sportswear manufacturing sectors is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
• Comfortable with extensive field sales work and frequent travel.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive work ethic.
• Basic proficiency with WhatsApp, Excel, and smartphone technology.

• Monthly salary ranges from ₹25,000 to ₹40,000 based on experience.

The job is based in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, with market coverage extending across Meerut and Pan India. Extensive travel is expected as per business requirements.
