About the Role
Kutchina Home Makers Private Limited is on the lookout for an energetic and driven Field Sales Executive. The individual will play a crucial role in expanding the company’s market presence by attracting new clients, managing current customer relationships, and hitting defined sales goals. This position requires frequent traveling to meet prospects, present products, and represent the brand in various locations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Identify prospective clients in the designated territory and generate sales leads using techniques like cold calling, building networks, and gathering referrals.
- Arrange and conduct meetings with both potential and existing customers to understand their specific needs and deliver personalized solutions.
- Develop and present persuasive sales pitches and demonstrate products effectively.
- Negotiate deal terms, draft proposals and contracts to successfully close sales opportunities, consistently meeting or beating sales targets.
- Build and preserve long-term relationships with clients, ensuring post-sale support for customer satisfaction and retention.
- Spot upselling and cross-selling chances to boost revenue streams.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor strategies, and industry changes, collecting valuable feedback from clients and reporting relevant insights.
- Maintain detailed records of sales interactions and activities within CRM systems, generate sales performance reports, and manage administrative duties related to sales documentation and processes.
