Field Sales Executive

About the Role

Crest Enterprises is hiring a proactive and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive lead generation and secure concrete supply orders for their Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) plant. The position requires active engagement with the local construction sector to build relationships and convert prospects into confirmed orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to construction sites, builders' offices, and contractor locations within the designated area to discover new sales opportunities.
• Identify potential requirements by monitoring ongoing and prospective construction and infrastructure projects.
• Engage with builders, contractors, real estate developers, and consultants to present and promote RMC offerings, aiming to finalize supply contracts.
• Diligently follow up on inquiries and quotations to transform potential leads into confirmed orders.
• Collaborate closely with the production and plant teams to ensure client orders meet specified concrete grades, quantities, and delivery timelines.
• Build lasting relationships with current clients to encourage repeat business and generate referrals.
• Monitor competitors' pricing, activities, and overall market dynamics within the construction materials and RMC sector.
• Maintain comprehensive records of client visits, leads, interactions, and order progress through CRM and reporting systems.
• Coordinate with accounts to facilitate timely collection of payments and resolve any billing inquiries.
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales and volume targets as defined by management.

Compensation

The role offers a monthly salary ranging between 15,000 and 25,000 INR.

Location

This position is based in Patna, Bihar, India, and requires on-site presence.
