Job Overview
We are seeking a Field Recruiter to lead hiring efforts by conducting on-site sourcing and recruitment activities within Bengaluru, Karnataka. This role involves engaging directly with potential candidates in local industrial areas, neighborhoods, and community hubs to fulfill staffing requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform direct outreach by visiting industrial zones, local neighborhoods, and community centers to identify candidates actively seeking employment.
- Participate in job fairs, organize campus recruitment sessions at technical or trade institutes, and coordinate walk-in interview events to attract potential applicants.
- Focus predominantly on high-volume recruiting to meet bulk hiring goals.
- Conduct initial face-to-face candidate interviews to assess suitability, verify essential documentation, and facilitate preliminary joining procedures.
Compensation
The remuneration for this position ranges between 15,000 and 25,000 INR per month.
