Field Recruiter - Delivery Executive Hiring

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Field Recruiter to focus on recruiting Delivery Boys and Delivery Executives to support our delivery operations in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. This full-time position involves proactive field sourcing, candidate screening, onboarding coordination, and meeting daily and weekly recruitment goals.

Primary Responsibilities

• Identify and attract delivery personnel through direct field visits, social media, referrals, job portals, and local network building.
• Conduct daily recruitment activities in target areas with high potential candidates.
• Inform candidates about job roles, compensation, incentives, work hours, and benefits.
• Perform initial candidate screening to shortlist applicants aligned with business needs.
• Arrange and participate in walk-in and local recruitment drives.
• Ensure candidates complete all documentation and onboarding formalities.
• Maintain regular contact with candidates to confirm their joining on agreed dates.
• Keep a robust pool of candidates to fulfill ongoing manpower demands.
• Collaborate with Operations for daily staffing requirements and joining priorities.
• Minimize candidate dropouts through active follow-up and engagement.
• Maintain detailed recruitment records including sourcing, interviews, selections, and onboarding metrics.
• Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
• Explore new sourcing channels and strengthen local networks to sustain candidate acquisition.

Candidate Profile

• 0–2 years of experience in field recruitment, delivery hiring, manpower recruitment, or related areas.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and persuasion skills are welcome to apply.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities.
• Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and local travel.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to convince candidates effectively.
• Self-driven and target-oriented personality.
• Basic proficiency in WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and Excel.
• Possession of a two-wheeler and valid driving license is preferred.

• Number of candidates sourced daily and weekly.

• Conversion rates from selection to joining.
