Field Recruiter - Blue-Collar Staffing

Role Overview

The Field Recruiter will focus on sourcing blue-collar workers through local references, labor hubs, walk-in candidates, and personal networks. This role requires deep familiarity with the local area to effectively attract housekeeping and facility support personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit manpower through multiple local channels tailored to blue-collar staffing needs.
• Screen candidates according to experience, willingness to work, location preferences, shift patterns, and site demands.
• Verify candidate documents and manage complete joining procedures.
• Oversee employee induction and onboarding processes at various sites.
• Frequently visit sites to assess staffing needs and resolve employee issues.
• Coordinate recruitment deployment and ensure timely candidate reporting to site locations.
• Monitor attendance and manpower availability in collaboration with HR and Operations teams.
• Work with follow-up teams to confirm candidate joining and deployment.
• Travel locally to recruitment sites and visits as necessary.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary ranging between INR 20,000 and 32,000.
