Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Field Recruiter based in Mumbai to join our team full time. The role primarily involves hiring for positions such as delivery boys, picker/packer roles, and warehouse staff.
Primary Duties
- Identify and recruit candidates for delivery, picker/packer, and warehouse roles.
- Engage with candidates onsite to source and screen suitable applicants.
- Provide clear explanations regarding job responsibilities, salaries, and job locations.
- Coordinate the interview and onboarding process efficiently.
- Meet daily recruitment and joining targets consistently.
- Utilize local networks, WhatsApp, and social media platforms to find potential candidates.
Candidate Requirements
- Open to both freshers and experienced individuals.
- Strong communication and persuasive abilities.
- Willingness to work in field environments.
- Prior recruitment experience is desirable but not mandatory.
Salary and Incentives
The compensation for this position ranges from ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 monthly, along with additional incentives.
