Job description
Role Overview
The Field Recruiter plays a crucial role in identifying, interviewing, and hiring quality candidates by operating directly in various locations. This role requires onsite presence to conduct interviews and develop recruitment pipelines, ensuring alignment with staffing demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Create effective hiring strategies adapted specifically for on-the-ground recruitment needs.
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels such as social media platforms, local job fairs, resume databases, and community networking events to attract potential candidates.
- Screen resumes thoroughly and conduct both telephonic and face-to-face interviews to ascertain candidate qualifications and fit.
- Work closely with HR teams and department leaders to clarify job requirements and staffing plans.
- Offer recruitment market knowledge and suggest innovative approaches for attracting talent.
- Maintain and update a pipeline of prospective candidates through continuous interactions and exploratory interviews.
- Enhance employer branding by representing the organization at various career fairs and local community events.
Additional Details
The preference is for male candidates. Interviews will be conducted in person. The working hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday, including the first Saturday of every month, with other Saturdays and Sundays off. Work location is at Solitaire Business Hub, Office No. H-1050, 1st Floor, Neco Garden Society, Viman Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra, 411014.
Compensation
The monthly salary range for this position is ₹20,000 to ₹32,000.
