Field Recruiter

About the Role

We are urgently seeking an energetic Field Recruiter based in Pune who will be responsible for end-to-end field recruitment activities. This full-time position involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates to meet hiring needs effectively while building strong relationships within the local talent network.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute field recruitment strategies and source candidates actively through multiple channels.
• Generate and assess candidate leads according to job specifications.
• Shortlist qualified candidates and manage interview arrangements and follow-ups.
• Keep accurate recruitment documentation and generate reports regularly.
• Establish and maintain rapport with candidates and community hiring networks to facilitate seamless recruitment.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduation in any field of study is mandatory.
• At least one year of experience in recruitment, field recruitment, or field sales.
• Candidates coming from a field sales background are invited to apply.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong capability in candidate sourcing and coordination.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly in-hand salary of ₹23,000.
• Additional travel allowance of ₹2,500 per month, provided separately.
