Job description
Role Overview
The Field Operations Specialist is responsible for aggressively recruiting, onboarding, and activating Auto, E-Rickshaw, and Cab captains onto the Rapido platform, driving rapid market penetration.
Primary Duties
- Visit strategic locations such as auto and e-rickshaw stands, fuel stations, vehicle workshops, and key transport hubs to identify potential captains.
- Engage prospects by presenting the benefits and earning potential of partnering with Rapido.
- Facilitate the entire recruitment process including onboarding and KYC formalities for new captains.
- Support captains with app installation and verifying necessary documents.
- Motivate captains to complete their inaugural ride within a 24-hour timeframe to ensure swift activation.
- Organize and manage activation camps within local markets to boost captain enrollment.
- Forge and maintain relationships with driver unions, vehicle dealers, and fleet operators to broaden recruitment channels.
- Promote and leverage referral programs to enhance onboarding numbers.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must have completed at least 12th standard; graduates preferred.
- Experience ranging from zero to three years in sales, operations, telecom, FMCG, EdTech, FinTech, or driver recruitment roles is desirable.
