Field Operations Executive - Network

This position involves onboarding doctors, hospitals, and diagnostic centers through direct field visits and phone communication. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Network team to ensure timely onboarding of doctors, hospitals, and diagnostic centers.
• Engage with the Network team to acquire accurate data needed for onboarding processes.
• Assist operations and network teams in resolving any challenges encountered during onboarding.
• Coordinate efforts between internal and external teams to support new initiatives.
• Analyze queries thoroughly and identify effective solutions.
• Work alongside the technical team to enhance provider satisfaction and overall network performance.

Requirements

• Completion of undergraduate studies from a recognized institution.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good knowledge of internet usage and related technologies.
• Exceptional follow-up skills to ensure task completion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Minimum of 2 years professional experience in a relevant capacity.
