About Khet Fragrances LLP
Khet Fragrances LLP specializes in crafting original perfumes from scratch, creating unique scents that captivate customers and inspire repeat purchases and recommendations. Behind each launch, shoot, and popup event lies a complex operation ensuring every item reaches its destination promptly and accurately, managed by the Field Operations Executive.
Role Overview
This role is critical for executing physical logistics at Khet, managing day-to-day field operations to support the brand's activities across Delhi-NCR.
Key Responsibilities
- Transporting stock from the Rohini warehouse to pop-ups, shoots, events, and other required locations, ensuring items are counted and delivered on schedule.
- Arranging and booking shoot locations for the video team, ensuring that all necessary products and props are delivered before their arrival.
- Managing on-site setup and teardown for pop-up events, including organizing stock and materials and returning items post-event.
- Visiting vendors for extended periods (sometimes multiple days) to supervise production quality and ensure timely dispatch of orders.
- Handling various operational necessities such as pickups, deliveries, purchases, and errands, ensuring that team needs are met swiftly and efficiently.
Candidate Profile
- Highly dependable with a commitment to punctuality and reliability.
- Comfortable spending most workdays outdoors rather than in an office setting.
- Adaptable and proactive in communicating updates via WhatsApp when plans alter.
- Strong familiarity with the Delhi NCR area; possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is advantageous.
- Open to fresh graduates; a positive attitude is valued more than prior work experience.
Compensation and Location
The monthly salary ranges from ₹10,000 to ₹20,000, calibrated according to experience. The role is based between the Gurgaon office and Rohini warehouse with routine travel across the NCR region and vendor sites.
