Field Executive - Service

About the Role

This role is based in Patna, Bihar, serving as a Field Executive focused on elevator and escalator maintenance. Your main objective will be to maintain the safety of passengers and technical personnel by conducting rigorous upkeep of a portfolio of units within an assigned region.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct complete maintenance and service visits for all elevator units assigned in your geographical territory.
• Operate within a defined area managing 100 to 120 elevator units, ensuring their continuous functionality.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns, striving for a first-time fix to minimize downtime.
• Perform minor repairs as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
• Build and sustain strong customer relationships during onsite visits.
• Strictly adhere to FPA (Field Performance Agreement) and Environmental Health & Safety standards.
• Monitor equipment and repair schedules to reduce callback occurrences.
• Identify potential technical orders (T-orders) if any arise during inspections.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Between 2 to 4 years of experience specifically in the elevator industry.
