Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic and highly mobile Field Executive to closely supervise and coordinate our network of caregiver candidates and active caregivers. This role serves as the main on-site contact to ensure caretakers strictly follow operational procedures, medical protocols, and household instructions.
Key Responsibilities
The position involves balancing administrative tasks such as auditing and compliance monitoring with field coordination duties. You will also manage transportation logistics by organizing pick-up and drop-off arrangements to guarantee caretakers arrive at their designated duty locations safely and on time. Managing relationships with caretakers and maintaining high service quality standards are essential.
