Field Executive

Job Overview

This role involves conducting direct field visits to customers at their registered addresses to verify contact details and assist with credit card debt collection. The Field Executive is responsible for maintaining professional interaction, accurately reporting visits, and working to meet assigned collection targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out assigned customer visits and verify their basic information and contact details at the given locations.
• Engage personally with customers to follow up on outstanding credit card payments and encourage timely clearance.
• Communicate proactively about pending dues, discuss payment schedules, and inform customers of repayment options available.
• Verify customer identity and confirm accurate identification using company-provided data.
• Apply negotiation and persuasion skills to professionally emphasize the importance of settling overdue payments and obtaining commitments.
• Organize and execute daily field visits aligned with collection targets and geographic assignments.
• Maintain records of customer payment commitments and persistently follow up on these until payments are received.
• Strive to meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection goals set by the organization.
• Accurately update reports regarding customer interactions, payment discussions, commitments, and current collection status.
• Ensure customer interactions are handled courteously and professionally, adhering to company policies, ethical standards, and relevant regulatory guidelines.
