Field Executive

About the Role

Urban Company is recruiting Field Executives for their Insta Help Services team in Hyderabad. This position involves hands-on field sales and onboarding activities aimed at promoting services and signing up service partners. Candidates who are confident, social, and driven by sales targets are encouraged to apply. The role offers a fixed monthly salary along with variable performance-based incentives and travel allowances.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct sales and marketing visits at gated communities, apartments, and commercial complexes to promote Insta Help services.
• Onboard new service partners by engaging through door-to-door campaigns and society-level promotions.
• Execute on-the-ground activations and awareness initiatives to boost visibility and participation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs), and society authorities to foster trust.
• Provide timely daily and weekly reports detailing leads generated, conversion rates, and customer feedback.

Skills and Experience Requirements

• Proficiency in Telugu is mandatory, while skills in Hindi and English are advantageous.
• A confident and energetic approach with excellent communication and sales capabilities.
• Ability to manage target-driven fieldwork that requires consistent travel and interaction.
• Enjoyment in engaging with people and closing sales leads within a dynamic work environment.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary of ₹30,000.
• Travel allowance of ₹3,000 per month.
• Performance incentives ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹50,000 monthly, including ₹3,000 for each successful hire.
