Job description
Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Field Executive to drive customer and partner acquisitions at the ground level. This role involves generating leads via market visits and local networking, explaining electric vehicle (EV) rental services to prospects, and converting them into clients. Maintaining strong relationships, tracking daily activities, and achieving sales targets are key responsibilities.
Primary Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers and partners through field engagement
- Generate leads by visiting markets and leveraging local networks
- Describe EV rental and related services to prospects to encourage conversion
- Sustain robust relationships with customers and partners
- Meet assigned onboarding and sales targets consistently
- Conduct regular competitor analysis during market visits
- Maintain detailed daily reports on activities and performance
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in rider onboarding, delivery partner acquisition, logistics, last-mile operations, field recruitment, or field sales
- Background in companies similar to Zipp/Zip, HALA, Shadowfax, or other hyperlocal quick-commerce firms
- Experience with EV rental or mobility sectors
- Strong capability in rider onboarding and fleet acquisition
Required Skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Strong networking skills within the field environment
- Goal-driven and target-focused approach
- Experience in managing bulk hiring or onboarding
- Good knowledge of Bangalore's local market
- Proficiency in Kannada plus Hindi or English is preferred
- Immediate availability is advantageous
Compensation
Monthly salary ranges from 25,000 to 30,000 INR. Exceptional candidates may negotiate better terms.
