Job Overview
We are seeking a Field Engineer DET to manage customer interactions and oversee network operations in the designated area. The role involves resolving customer issues collaboratively with level 2 engineers, monitoring network and service metrics, and ensuring efficient operations within the Network Operations Center (NOC).
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in coordination with L2 engineers.
- Supervise network and service touchpoints within the assigned locality at the NOC.
- Track operational dashboards and key performance indicators to maintain service standards.
- Trigger team alerts promptly upon detection of any threshold violations.
- Address basic level 1 trouble ticket alerts effectively.
- Liaise with regional circles to manage fiber, utility, and related network issues.
- Guarantee customer problems are resolved within agreed turnaround times and service level agreements.
- Prepare management information system reports and perform analysis for troubleshooting and enhancing NOC operations.
