Job Overview
M Intergraph Systems is seeking a Customer Support Field Engineer primarily based in districts of Rajasthan such as Bharatpur, Bikaner, Dungarpur, and Jodhpur. This role involves hands-on experience with CCTV cameras, NVR devices, desktops, and laptops, supporting multiple government projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support and maintenance for CCTV, NVR systems, and computing devices across various projects managed by M Intergraph Systems.
- Report directly to the Service Manager and assist with project service operations as assigned.
- Travel frequently within several districts in Rajasthan to attend to service needs and installations.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Applicants should be male, aged between 21 and 28 years.
- Graduation is the minimum educational qualification; a higher education degree is acceptable.
- Technical certifications such as Jetking or IIHT are mandatory; degrees like BCA or B.Tech are preferred.
- Local candidates with an understanding of the geography of the assigned regions are highly desirable.
- Candidates with prior experience working on CCTV projects and other government initiatives are preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year and maximum of 2 years of relevant field experience.
Compensation & Additional Information
- Monthly salary ranges from INR 12,000 to INR 15,000, fully fixed excluding conveyance allowances.
- Immediate joining is preferred.
