Field Collection Executive

About the Role

Galaxy Credit Services is looking to hire diligent Field Collection Executives to manage overdue payments by contacting customers both telephonically and through personal visits. This role is based in Parrys, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, and emphasizes maintaining a professional approach during customer interactions while ensuring accurate recording of collection statuses.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers regarding outstanding payments through calls and in-person visits.
• Regularly update the status of collections in the system every day.
• Adhere to discipline and compliance standards during all customer engagements.

Requirements

• Prior experience is preferred but freshers are welcome to apply.
• Basic communication skills in Tamil are essential; proficiency in English is an added advantage.

Compensation and Perks

• Fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000.
• Additional monthly incentives based on performance.
• Petrol allowance to support travel requirements.
