Job Overview
As a Field Collection Executive at Sanchetna Financial Services Private Limited, your primary role will be to collect overdue EMIs by conducting field visits, making calls, and maintaining consistent follow-ups with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site visits to customers and their business premises to secure timely loan repayments.
- Meet and strive to exceed monthly EMI collection targets to enhance overall collections efficiency.
- Identify and monitor accounts with overdue payments, proactively following up to minimize payment delinquency.
- Maintain continuous communication with customers regarding their outstanding EMIs and arrange suitable payment plans or schedules.
- Accurately update collection records, daily payment statuses, and prepare collection reports using the company’s system.
- Work closely with the Branch Manager and other relevant teams to address overdue accounts and resolve payment-related concerns.
- Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies, RBI regulations, and adhere to fair collection practices.
