Field Application Supervisor

About the Role

The Field Application Supervisor at DKK Industrial Products India Pvt. Ltd., a joint venture with Daikatech Korea Co. Ltd., specializes in supporting industrial applications for specialty lubricants and automation systems, including auto-lubrication and spray systems used in forging, die-casting, and steel industries. This role is based in Chakan, Pune and reports directly to the Regional Manager within the Sales & Service department.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct product trials at customer sites to demonstrate product fit and promote order placement.
• Provide training to customers on proper product use as needed.
• Compile and submit comprehensive trial reports and records of customer visits.
• Follow up on application trials with feedback and detailed comparisons where necessary.
• Prepare and deliver regular activity and customer correspondence reports to the reporting manager.
• Support fabrication under the Technical Supervisor’s guidance, including spray system and equipment assembly following company designs.
• Assist with the installation and commissioning of spray systems and related equipment at client locations.
• Train and oversee customer staff on operational procedures of spray systems and equipment.
• Address customer complaints promptly and provide appropriate support.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

Key Requirements

• Open to freshers as well as candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Must be willing to travel frequently within Pune and nearby areas; occasional interstate travel may be required.
• Possession of a personal two-wheeler is preferable.
• Strong communication skills with a pleasant personality.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Educational Qualifications

• Diploma, ITI, or BE/BTech, ideally in Metallurgy or related fields.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual fixed salary ranging from INR 300,000 to INR 400,000.
