Job description
Role Overview
The FF&E Specification Specialist is entrusted with developing, managing, and continuously improving EVA Interiors' comprehensive physical and digital library for furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E), and materials. This vital resource supports the Design and FF&E teams by ensuring all interior products—including furniture, lighting, fabrics, finishes, accessories, sanitaryware, and hardware—are accurately documented, categorized, and easily accessible.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize EVA Interiors’ FF&E and materials library, both in physical and digital formats.
- Ensure precise documentation of product details such as specifications, dimensions, materials, finishes, and technical data.
- Maintain up-to-date information on suppliers, manufacturers, product availability, lead times, samples, catalogues, and commercial aspects.
- Collaborate closely with Design, FF&E, Procurement, and Commercial teams to provide reliable and current product data throughout the design and specification stages.
- Support the upkeep of a sophisticated and relevant resource library tailored for high-end residential and luxury interior projects.
