Overview
ENS Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Scrap Trader to join their team, ideally based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. The candidate will be responsible for handling both procurement and sales of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metal products.
Job Responsibilities
The role demands comprehensive knowledge in trading ferrous and non-ferrous scrap materials and an understanding of international commercial terms associated with metal trading. Candidates need to be familiar with key market instruments like INCOTERMS and have practical experience linked to metal market hedging and shipping logistics.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant will possess 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in scrap trading, particularly with exposure to primary metal products such as cathodes and anodes, which will be considered an advantage. High ethical standards and integrity are essential qualities. While Chennai is the preferred posting location, flexibility to operate across India is offered. The role entails extensive travel nationwide.
