About the Role
Join the SuperMinds PlayLab team as a kids play attendant, where your primary role will be to warmly welcome children, ensuring they feel at ease, and to keep them engaged through interactive play.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet children with warmth and make them feel comfortable upon arrival.
- Engage actively with children through play, interaction, and organized group activities.
- Arrange simple games, fun challenges, and group-based exercises to entertain children.
- Oversee the children across various play zones to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.
- Assist in managing crowds during peak hours effectively.
- Ensure all children adhere to play and safety guidelines.
- Provide additional support to younger children as needed.
- Maintain the play areas lively, tidy, and engaging.
- Communicate and coordinate efficiently with parents and other PlayLab staff members.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for an individual who is highly energetic, cheerful, and naturally connects well with children. You should be physically active and comfortable moving around for extended periods. Strong communication skills with both children and their parents are essential. Patience, alertness, reliability, and a collaborative spirit are highly valued. Experience with entertaining through games, dancing, or storytelling will be beneficial but not mandatory.

Compensation
The salary offered ranges from 10,000 to 15,000 INR per month.
