F&B Support Expert

About the Role

The Ritz-Carlton, a globally recognized luxury hotel brand, is seeking a Food & Beverage Support Expert to join their team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This position is full-time and onsite at the Al Mamsha Street, Jumeirah Beach Residences location.

The role involves more than just serving food to guests; it aims to create memorable and unique experiences through outstanding food and beverage service. Support Experts take initiative to provide a range of guest-focused services ensuring every aspect contributes to an exceptional experience. This includes setting tables, assisting in the kitchen, cleaning work areas, and replenishing supplies.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure safety within the work environment by following company guidelines and procedures.
• Maintain high standards of quality and professional appearance including uniform and communication.
• Engage actively in various physical tasks such as standing, sitting, walking on uneven/sometimes slippery surfaces for extended periods.
• Regularly review and understand menu details and information.
• Perform diverse physical duties such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing or placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, reaching high places, bending, twisting, stretching, and stooping.
• Execute all assigned tasks diligently to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth hotel operation.

Desired Aptitudes and Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
• Previous experience in food and beverage environments is valued but not mandatory.
• No supervisory experience or specific licenses/certifications required.
