Role Overview

As an F&B Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the resort's Food & Beverage operations, aiming to optimize guest experiences, uplift team performance, and drive business success. Your leadership will ensure that guests receive prompt, courteous service aligned with brand and operational standards, while fostering a collaborative and empowered team environment. Maintaining high standards in product quality, safety, and hygiene within the work environment will also be essential, alongside managing daily team relations and encouraging effective problem solving through training and empowerment.

Qualifications and Expectations

• Possess a college diploma in Hotel Management or a related discipline.
• Demonstrate prior experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations.
