F&B Service Expert / Waitstaff

About the Role

This position involves delivering an exceptional dining experience that goes beyond serving food and drinks. As a Food & Beverage Service Expert, you are responsible for ensuring memorable guest interactions that include setting tables, coordinating with kitchen staff, serving guests, and maintaining cleanliness in your work area.

Key Responsibilities

Execute a variety of services that enhance guest satisfaction by managing dining transactions smoothly and contributing to an inviting atmosphere.

Maintain a safe and professional work environment by adhering to company policies and quality standards, as well as presenting a neat and professional appearance while communicating effectively.

Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, or sitting for lengthy periods, navigating varied floor surfaces, visually managing menu details, and handling objects weighing up to 25 pounds independently or up to 50 pounds with assistance. Activities may also include bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Experience

• Educational background: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• Work experience: Less than one year of related experience in a similar role.
• No supervisory responsibilities are required for this position.
• No licenses or certifications are mandatory.
