F&B Service Expert

Position Overview

This role focuses on delivering a remarkable dining experience that goes beyond just serving food. The F&B Service Expert is responsible for providing a comprehensive range of services ensuring guests enjoy their meals in both comfort and style. Core tasks include setting tables, coordinating with kitchen staff, engaging and serving guests, and maintaining clean and organized work areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the dining environment is pleasant by setting and clearing tables according to standards.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and other staff to synchronize guest orders and service timing.
• Interact with guests to provide personalized and attentive service creating a memorable experience.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of dining and work areas.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe workplace.
• Perform physical duties including standing, walking, and moving items up to 25 pounds independently, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.

Requirements

• Minimum education of high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• Less than one year of related professional experience is acceptable.
• No prior supervisory experience required.
• Professional appearance and communication skills aligned with company standards.
