F&B Service Expert

Position Overview

This role centers on delivering an exceptional dining experience beyond just serving food and drinks. As a Guest Service Expert, you will take initiative to provide comprehensive guest services, including table setup, kitchen communication, guest interaction, serving, and maintaining cleanliness of work areas and supplies. Your role ensures that every transaction enhances the overall guest experience.

Key Duties and Physical Requirements

• Prepare and arrange tables according to guidelines
• Effectively communicate with kitchen staff
• Interact with and serve guests professionally and warmly
• Clean and maintain workspaces and supplies diligently
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, often on uneven or slippery surfaces
• Manage menu information through reading and visual verification
• Lift, move, carry, push, and pull objects up to 25 pounds unassisted and up to 50 pounds with aid
• Perform physical activities such as bending, twisting, and stooping as needed

Educational and Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Less than one year of relevant work experience preferred
• No supervisory experience required
• No licenses or certifications necessary
