About the Role

This position as an F&B Service Expert focuses on delivering more than just food; it emphasizes creating a unique and memorable guest dining experience. Responsibilities include setting tables, liaising with kitchen staff, serving guests, and maintaining cleanliness in work areas, all designed to incorporate service seamlessly into the overall experience.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service Experts are expected to be physically active, standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods on various surfaces. Tasks involve handling menus by reading and verifying details, as well as performing physical duties such as moving, lifting (up to 25 pounds alone, or 50 pounds with assistance), carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and stooping. Meeting company policies, workplace safety standards, quality benchmarks, and maintaining professional appearance and communication skills are critical to success in this role.

Candidate Profile

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Less than one year of related work experience is acceptable. No supervisory experience or licenses/certifications are required.
