Key Duties

Regardless of specific duties, fundamental responsibilities include maintaining a safe workspace, complying with company guidelines and procedures, adhering to quality standards, and demonstrating professional appearance and communication. The role involves active physical engagement such as standing, sitting, walking long distances, maneuvering on uneven and sometimes slippery surfaces. Tasks may require lifting, moving, pushing, or positioning items weighing under 50 pounds unaided, reaching high places, bending knees, twisting, stretching, and stooping. Consistency in task execution ensures guest satisfaction and smooth hotel operations.

Qualifications and Experience

Preferred candidates should have a secondary school diploma or GED equivalent. Less than one year of relevant work experience is sufficient, and no supervisory experience or certifications are required.
