F&B Service Expert

Position Overview

This role is centered around creating memorable dining experiences beyond merely serving food and beverages. As a Guest Service Expert, you will actively deliver various services to ensure guests fully enjoy their meals, including setting tables, liaising with kitchen staff, interacting with and serving customers, and maintaining clean work areas.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties involve standing, walking, or sitting for prolonged periods, navigating uneven or slippery floors, and managing menu information carefully. Physical tasks include moving and lifting items up to 25 pounds alone or 50 pounds with assistance, along with necessary bending, twisting, and reaching movements. Holding a safe work environment, adhering to company policies, maintaining high-quality standards, and presenting a professional appearance and communication style are critical.

Qualifications and Experience

A high school diploma or equivalent credential is preferred. The role suits candidates with less than one year of related experience and no prior supervisory responsibilities. No specific licenses or certifications are required.
